The richness and complexity of Darling Sauvignon Blanc is best accompanied by grilled Indian Ocean calamari, with buttered baby potatoes and garden salad. As this wine ages, it can be paired with richer dishes, such as seafood “potjie” or a rich wild mushroom risotto. The 2008 Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was rated as one of the top ten Sauvignon Blanc’s in SA by Barto Eksteen and Sauvignon Blanc winemakers panel.
