Spier Creative Block 5 2008

Intense dark in colour with vibrant red rim. Layered with fruit flavours of black cherries, blackcurrant and marzipan. Balanced, rich palate of berries, and oak infused spices of cinnamon and cloves. Some cedar oak notes leads to a finish of refined, yet present tannins. A pleasurable delight of fruit and spice infusion layered for ultimate discovery of the depths of character.
