This 70/30 blend, of these two noble red wines, was carefully oak matured and made in a style emphasising fruit and terroir. Blackcurrants, cherries and typical Cabernet spices that gently linger onto subtle notes of mocha are few of the complex flavours opulently offered by this wine. Ripe, smooth tannins fused with a balanced acid are also characteristics making this wine vivacious yet accessible, full yet subtle and smooth yet lively.
