This wine continues to show all the Hanepoot features along with a touch of spice and mint on the nose. The palate is lively and juicy with slight caramel and malt nuances. The wine was bottled prior to the introduction of SAWIS certification and mandatory declaration of alcohol.
This wine is best enjoyed chilled at an approximate temperature of 14° C. It will have a considerable amount of precipitate and should be poured carefully to avoid stirring up the sediment at the bottom of the bottle.
