Thokozani CCV 2010

On the nose zesty lemon and lime notes with tropical flavours gradually giving way to subtle floral honeysuckle scents contributing to complexity. The lingering acidity together with the medium weight mouth feel from extended time on the lees ensures the lasting balance of the wine.

Together with a meal of Kingklip and passion fruit sauce or prawn spring rolls and a trio of citrus sauces ensures that this wine is enjoyed to new heights.
