in the vineyard : This is the second release of a Reserve Sauvignon Blanc from Bouchard Finlayson Winery. This vintage yielded a low cropping-reward which presents a medium to full bodied cuvée with 14% Semillon component.

After thirty years of working with this wonderful grape our winemaking has progressively refined and ameliorated the skills to match the requirements presented by the heavy clay terrior of our Hemel-en-Aarde vineyard.
