Adoro Red 2006

The basic backbone of this wine, the Cabernet Sauvignon, was sourced from two areas within Stellenbosch known for their distinctive fruit qualities: the classic mineral profile of Stellenbosch Mountain and ripe red berries of Bottelary. Shiraz from Agter-Paarl and Malmesbury flesh the structure further with ripe fruit flavours and delicate white pepper, combining with cigar box from the Cabernet Sauvignon.
Merlot intensifies the blend with dark chocolate and mocha, while the Mourvèdre rounds the wine off with soft ripe fruit.
