This perfectly balanced wine's expansive nose is a melange of grapefruit, peach and honeydew melon which follows through on the palate.

It harmonises well with sushi, steamed mussels and quiche.

about the harvest: Harvest Date: February and March 2010
in the cellar : Juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks for three weeks at 13ºC. Wine was left on the gross lees where batonage was applied for a week. Wine was then racked and left on the fine lees till right before bottling.
