in the vineyard : High lying 11 year old Merlot vineyards on deep, well drained, high potential Hutton soil.

Training Method: 3-Wire vertical trellis

in the cellar : Three days on the skins in closed tanks. The idea was to create a wine with seductive dark fruit, coco and chocolate flavours and well integrated oak on the palate. To achieve this heavily toasted French oak were used.
