about the harvest: Grapes were harvested by hand during the first week of March.

in the cellar : Typical to the 2008 harvest, the lower yielding vineyards delivered grapes with lots of concentration & intensity. Fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank and the wine was pumped over every four hours to maximize flavour- and colour extraction. After MLF the wine was pumped to 225 litre Vicard barriques (88 % new) to undergo maturation of approximately 12 months before being bottled.
