Spier Organically Grown Sauvignon Blanc 2009

A quintessential Spier wine, this Sauvignon Blanc is made from organically grown grapes.

The vines are grown in harmony with the environment, without the use of chemicals, so no synthetic fertilizers, pesticide sprays or herbicides. This wine dares to be different but delivers on the high standards people have come to expect from us.

Beautifully clear with a distinctive green tinge, the wine shows intense green-toned aromas with hints of lemongrass and some minerality. A subtly dry, well-balanced palate with a fresh acidity and a wet stone finish.

Enjoy with a seafood platters or a bucket of oysters.
