This is a superb wooded Viognier. It has sweet, vanilla fudge on the nose with a rich, full honey palate.

ageing : Good for drinking now or age for a year or 2.
about the harvest: The grapes were left to hang until optimal ripeness and hand harvested in the morning.
in the cellar : The grapes were crushed and gently bag pressed then racked directly into a combination of new and second fill American and French Oak barrels. The juice was allowed to undergo a completely natural fermentation in the barrel without any yeast being added. The wine was wood matured for a year before bottling under screw cap.
