Southwest facing slopes. Decomposed Hutton type soil. Hedge type trellising system. Supplementary irrigation. Yield 10 t/ha. Blend of different clones.

Vinification:
Fermentation in open fermentors and then closed for maceration afterwards for 21 days in total. Maturation in oak barrels for 14 months (80%).
