Colour: deep crimson red with maroon hue.

Aroma: Classic Bordeaux aroma element. Cabernet Sauvignon provides subtle spicy note with a smoky cedar wood influence. The Merlot contributes a variety of red and dark fruit components with cherry being the prominent fruit.

Palate: The palate is soft and gentle with a great integration of flavours between the aromatics and palette. The wine is uniquely balanced and completely easy drinking. The natural fruit of the wine is respected and neatly complimented by oak maturation.

Serve with cold meats.
