Ripe mulberry, black cherries and white pepper on the nose with layers of ripe berry fruit and spiciness on the palate. Big structured wine with juicy mid palate and ripe but firm tannins on the finish.

This wine can be enjoyed with rich casseroles or hearty stews.

in the cellar : Fermented in varying methods of punch down, submerged cap and aerated pump overs for optimum structure and complexity. Barrel matured in 1st - 3rd fill barrels for 15 months. 70% French and 30% American oak.
