in the vineyard : Warm, dry summers and cold, wet winters. Limited irrigation, mainly dry land, bush vine vineyards

in the cellar : Fermented for about one week in stainless steel on skins at 22° - 26° C till dry, pressed, inoculated with lactic bacteria and completed malolactic fermentation. Filtered and stored in stainless steel till bottling.
