in the cellar : The wine, made from Ruby Cabernet and Merlot grapes, were each made in their own style. Fermented dry on the skins and after malolactic fermentation, aged in second and third fill barrels (two months). The blending of the two wines took place only prior to bottling.
Its a soft, light bodied red wine wiht floral aromas.
