in the cellar : The grapes were harvested at 21°B and the juice was fermented cold at 12°C. Blending of the wine was done prior to bottling, Chenin Blanc 35 %, Colombard 35% and Gewürztraminer 30 %.
This wine is a fruity, refreshing, off-dry blend, and is to be enjoyed as an everyday drinking wine.
