in the cellar : The grapes were harvested at 21°B and the juices was fermented could at 12°C. Blending of the wine was done prior to bottling, Chardonnay 51 % and Chenin Blanc 49 %.

This blend produces an complex wine with lime and vailla aromas on the nose and palate . Excellent fruit and acid balance.
