Boplaas Shiraz 2012

The 2012 vintage is fruit forward with layers of raspberries, blackberries and mixed spices. A Rhône style Shiraz, elegant wine soft ripe tannins.

Barbecued fillet of eland with fresh baby potatoes tossed in batter and parsley. Red meats, venison and hearty roasted vegetables. Pop open a bottle when you want enjoy a hearty red.
