Stellar Organics No Sulphur Added Shiraz 2011

This Sulphite free Shiraz is a deep red that gradually turns to dark pink on the edge. It has an inviting nose of ripe strawberries and cream. The palate is ripe strawberries, red apples and cranberry pie combined with savoury notes and finishes with white pepper. Medium bodied tannins.

Ideal with a juicy rump steak, alternatively a herb-or black pepper-crusted cheese.
