From vineyards planted in deep rich soils that is well aerated, well drained and has a good water retention capacity that helps to improve the fruity flavours of Merlot comes this fully-bodied and complex wine, with aromas of berries, sweet molasses and freshly cut hay, backed by hints of mintiness. French oak flavours of vanilla is well-intergrated with the fruit flavours.

in the cellar : For 75% of the duration of alcoholic fermentation, juice is pumped over the skin cap for color and flavour extraction. After racking, malo-lactic fermentation takes place. Maturation in second and third-fill small oak barrels for eight months.
