in the vineyard : The 3.2 hectares of Shiraz vineyards in Devon Valley have a rich red hutton and clovelly soil. The grapes were harvested from 14 year old vines.

about the harvest: The Shiraz grapes were hand-harvested on a February morning and taken to the winery in small bins where only the best quality grapes were selected for the winemaking process.   

in the cellar : Aged for 2 years on French oak barrels.
