Climate: A cold wet winter, followed by mild, dry spring and cooler than average summer, created perfect conditions. An excellent vintage.

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested at 25° Balling
Yield: +/-5t/ha

in the cellar : Fermented at 26° - 28° C for about 4 days. Pumped over 3 times daily during alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation was completed in tanks. The wine then spent 24 months in 300li (french-made) American oak barrels.
