Climate: A cold wet winter, followed by a mild, dry spring and cooler than average summer, created perfect conditions. An excellent vintage.

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested at 25° balling.
Yield: 6t/ha

in the cellar : The juice spent 6 hours on the skins before inoculation. Fermentation took place at 26° C for about 4 days. Pumped over 3 times daily during alcoholic fermentation. Malolatic fermentation was completed in tanks. Oak maturation was french and American oak.
