about the harvest: The grapes were picked at 21º Balling.
in the cellar : The wine is blend of equal parts of Sauvignon Blanc, Weisser Riesling, and Chenin Blanc. The 3 varietals used were then placed together and left to lie in a seperator with the skins for 6 hours before they were pressed.They were then fermented together in stainless steel tanks and left on the lees for one month before the wine was sterile filtered and bottled.
