Ses'fikile Cabernet Sauvignon

This rounded wine has fresh melon aromas that make it a perfect partner for dishes such as Parma ham and honeydew melon, seared tuna steaks with a lemon dressing, sushi as well as subtly spiced dishes like Bobotie. You can also pair it with pap and vleis of your choice.

This sumptuous and decadent blend will work wonderfully well with Marinated Warthog Rib, Kudu Steak Kebabs, Boeuf Wellington and Rich Cheeses at the end of a special meal.

about the harvest: The grapes were hand picked from the 15th March-1st April 2004 from the Elim, Voor-Perdeberg and Robertson areas at 24.5-26.7°B.
