Intense red colour with dark fruit, spice and perfume on the nose. Soft accessible tannins with a velvety smooth finish on the palate. A well structured wine with integrated use of oak and lingering mouth feel.

in the vineyard : Syrah and Viognier grapes were sourced from Malmesbury in the renowned Swartland region.

about the harvest: The Syrah was picked at optimum ripeness to secure oppulent spice and structure in the blend and the Viognier was picked uber ripe for perfume and added silkiness.

in the cellar : The wine was fermented in stainless steel and aged in French Oak barrels before filtration and bottling.
