about the harvest: The base - Merlot (52%) is on a southern facing slope and the yield were controlled to 3 tons/ha or 18 hl/ha. The berries were small and concentrated with flavor.

The Cab Franc (23%) and Cab Sauv (25%) are also on southern facing slopes were naturally balanced at 6 tons/ha or 36 hl/ha.
