A well structured wine with warm and inviting aniseed, red berry and earthy aromas, complemented by sour cherries, toasted tobacco leaf and fennel seed flavours on the palate.

Enjoy with a smoked chicken salad, pesto and fresh mozzarella cheese. Kudu Carpaccio and fresh smoked green asparagus.
