A well balanced wine with pineapple and quince aromas that compliment the lively, complex palate. Good acidity gives this wine a refreshing finish.

Soil: Weathered Table mountain sandstone and broken shale
Irrigation: combination of dry land and drip irrigation
about the harvest: Grapes were handpicked early February 2011.
Yield: 7.1ton/ha
in the cellar : The grapes were given a very soft pressing and the juice left in the tank for settling overnight. It was inoculated and fermented cold to ensure that as many aromatic qualities as possible were retained. The wine spent a few months on its lees before it was prepared for bottling.
