This soft and juicy red blend is a meduim bodied wine with distinctive fruit characters.

Serve cool, and enjoy on its own or with meat, pizza and pasta dishes, or with cold meats. The ideal wine for Mediterranean dishes.

about the harvest: Grapes harvested at sugar levels between 24 - 26°B.
in the cellar : After crushing and destalking, the pulp is pumped directly into rotor tanks and inoculated with active dry yeast. Fermentation takes place at about 24 to 27°C. Colour and flavour are extracted from the skins through rotation of the rotor tanks during fermentation. When fermented dry, no malolactic fermentation was done.
