The grapes were allowed to reach optimum ripeness before being hand harvested. Careful selection in the vineyard resulted with only the best grapes being used. Merlot picked at 24.6° Balling, Pinotage at 24° Balling and Cabernet Sauvignon at 25° Balling.
in the cellar : Fermentation was completed before the grapes were pressed and each wine was made individually before being selected for this Red blend.

This wine was made by carefully selecting and blending wines from noble red cultivars to achieve a smooth easy to enjoy wine with low tannins and elegantly balanced ripe berry fruit flavours and lingering aftertaste.
