Wildekrans Barrel Selection Osiris Shiraz 2009

With a special selection of first fill barrels, this unique and complex wine was born - the maiden vintage of our Barrel Selection Shiraz. Dark black centre with a purple edge. A complex nose of cloves, lavender and deep dark fruits with the added freshness of spearmint. This wine delivers black cherries, dark chocolate and smooth round tannins on the palate with a lengthy lingering aftertaste.

Great for grilled meats or veggies, wild game, richly flavoured red meats, beef stew and meat lover's pizza.
