Wildekrans Barrel Selection Osiris Sauvignon Blanc 2011

Light straw with a green tint on the eye. A fresh medley of lime, grapefruit, peach, litchi and green pepper on the nose. A clean palate presents crisp grapefruit balanced by the fleshy flavours of litchi and a nutty hint of leesiness. This wine follows through to bold, creamy fullness.

Ideal with the very best fish and shellfish; also with light poultry dishes, asparagus, and crayfish.
