Wildekrans Caresse Marine Dry Red NV

A fruit driven red blend with hints of spice, smooth medium bodied quaffable wine with soft tannin and a pleasant lingering aftertaste.

Marinated lamb, Cape Malay or Cajun-spiced ‘blackened’ fish. It’s also really good with venison burgers and sausages or - come the winter - a hearty game pie.
