Beau Belle Shiraz 2010

Muscular yet harmonious. Strong espresso and mocha flavours with a slight hint Morello cherries on the tongue. Fruit cake and spicy venison tastes. With a prominent ripe dark berry coming though, but with very friendly tannins, pepper and fynbos undertones. Delicious tamaletjie (nutty toffee) with a slight smoky flavour which comes from the French oak barrels in which the wine was aged for twelve months.

Bottle aging will allow for more and more flavours.

Best served with beef or fried dishes, as well as with cheese.
