Lyngrove Red Gold Pinotage 2011 3 Litre BIB - For EXPORT ONLY

Fruit driven wine with underlying wooden flavours. Mulberry and strawberry dominant on the nose with hints of oak. Soft well-integrated tannins combine well with cherry tobacco and Turkish delight.

Excellent with any red meat dishes, especially with beef or ostrich fillet, or enjoy a glass with some good Italian pizza or pasta.

about the harvest: All the grapes are handpicked at optimum sugar levels to produce wine with different characteristics.
in the cellar : Fermented on the skins until almost dry, then pressed and allowed to complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.Specific tanks are then selected to undergo wood maturation for approximately 4 - 5 months. Once the desired wood extraction is completed the final blend is then made, combining the different fruit and wood components
