Velvety smooth and complex. Dark black fruit and spices on the nose follow through on the palate: prunes from optimally ripe grapes supported by nuances of cinnamon and nutmeg derived from small barrel ageing.

Osbloed will benefit from ageing, but stands up a to variety of dishes, from lamb chops to spicy chicken and pasta or pizza.
