A pale golden colour. On the nose you get an intense mixture of dried pear, dried apricot and ripe lemons. The very flavourful palate reveals ripe lemons and dried mango.

Thai food, lemon and olive oil infused fish and most other seafood dishes.

in the cellar : Single vineyard Chardonnay. The vines are rooted in broken shale soil on a south facing slope and the wine spent 6 Months in French Oak barrels with batonnage once a week.
