We have produced a Rosé with a vibrant watermelon pink colour, seductive aromas of strawberries and cream, with a fresh berry fruit palate and a long mouth watering palate.

Can be enjoyed on its own, or with exotic salads, seafood or sushi.

in the cellar : Fermented with selected imported yeast then left on lees for further 5 - 6 weeks for extra creamy complexity.
