This collection of wines is focused on the soil type of the vineyard and the effect of the soil in the end product. For the Bedrock Black Syrah the roots needs to dig down through the cracks in the bedrock to find moisture. The result is very small grapes with lots of intense flavour.

in the cellar : The wine spent 12 months in first fill French oak.
