Chenin Blanc, which has been aged in stainless steel comprises 80% of the blend and Chardonnay, the majority of which was barrel-aged in French Allier oak, provides the balance 20%. The result is a bouquet redolent of tropical fruit, followed by quite creamy citrus flavours on the palate and a clean, healthy aftertaste.
