in the cellar : A classic oak aged reserve Cabernet that has fine structure and is quite complex in character. It has a deep ruby colour, some light oak notes on the bouquet and berries and currants are abundant on the full flavoured palate, which leads to a long lingering finish. It is already drinking well and will continue to develop for 3 to 4 years
