Leopards Leap Lookout Pinotage Rosé 2012

Wine Style: A crisp, medium-bodied wine that is startingly dry and sophisticated.
Nose: First impressions of beautiful pink fruit followed by candy floss and elegant hints of cranberry and raspberry.
Palate: The impression of candy floss is strengthened on the palate as bursts of fresh, ripe fruit lead to a surprisingly dry and sustained after-taste.

The lively, yet elegant nature of this Rosé makes it a wonderful companion to fish dishes such as salmon and sushi. This wine also adds new dimension to carpaccio as well as tomato inspired salads.
