Anthonij Rupert Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

Typical blackberry cassis with violet perfume and a hint of tobacco leaf.

On the palate it announces itself with a slightly dry and grippy entry before the rich chocolate and cocoa flavours kick in. Hedgerow fruits with blackcurrant soon take over. There's a tasty mocha note too. Supple and lithe in structure and texture. Good length of flavour.
