An abundantly fruity, delightfully refreshing wine brimming with ripe flavours of white pear and apricot with a hint of granadilla.

Goes well with oysters, seared tuna; pasta with a rich gorgonzola sauce and quiche.

about the harvest: February, March
in the cellar : Juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks for three weeks at 13ºC. Wine was left on the gross lees where batonage was applied for a week. Wine was then rack and left on the fine less till right before bottling.
