A deep crimson well balanced wine. It is a fruit driven wine that features jammy blackberry, dark cherry and earthy notes.

Especially good with pastas with a spicy tomato sauce, as well as lamb shank and fire grilled meat.

in the cellar : Grapes were cold soaked for two days after which traditional skin fermentation commenced. After completion of alcoholic fermentation wine underwent malolactic fermentation. Fifteen percent of the wine underwent wood maturation on staves for six months.
