An elegant, complex, smooth red wine, with pencil shavings and new-clone mintiness on the nose, along with berry notes. Delicate fruit flavours on the palate, underscored by new French oak. Firm tannins and a rather dry finish. Soft enough to be savoured on its own. Ideal with meats, cheese and pasta dishes.
