A wine created in a fruit driven style with passion fruit, gooseberry and hints of guava flavours. Elegant aroma shows tropical characters, integrated with a balanced acidity that adds to the complexity. Good fruit and balance with a long lingering finish.

about the harvest: Grapes harvested by hand in small baskets at 22° - 23° B. The yield at 7 tons per hectare

in the cellar : 100% was fermented in tank and left on the gross lees for 3 months. Batonage occurred weekly until the wine was bottled.
